Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the Australia. Note that there are restrictions on some products, as not all products cannot be shipped to all destinations. Please allow 1-2 Days to ship products that are in stock and 3 – 10 days for delivery depending on destination! If a product is not in stock, we will contact you with a approximate time of delivery or issue you with a refund. Please note you are ordering at your own risk, once the parcel is in the hands of Australia Post, we will not be responsible for lost or missing parcels, we will help do our best from our end to help track down the parcel, but there is only so much we can do once Australia Post has the parcel.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

It’s really important to us that you love your purchase from Heads To Tails Horseware.
If you purchase an item that you are not satisfied with, doesn’t fit or doesn’t suit, we offer credit notes, exchanges or a refund on stock items providing items are in original condition the were purchased in with tags, packaging and there’s no wear.
Credit notes expire within 12 months, and can be used on any item in store or online.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases.
All purchases made online can be exchanged or returned by either post or in our retail store.

You may return new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, special items ordered will not be refunded. The returned items must also not be sale and stock clearance items!

We’ll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

PLEASE NOTE: Footwear must be tried on a carpeted area before wearing. If footwear shows any signs of wear, we will not be accepted for a return – this includes scuff marks on the soles. Boxes must be protected as they are considered as part of the product.

REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

1. Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase with packing slip or proof of purchase
2. The returned items must be unworn, unwashed and in otherwise unused condition, with all original labels and tags attached
3. The returned items must not be sale and stock clearance items

ONLINE RETURNS IN STORE

All items purchased online can be exchanged or returned in our retail stores, subject to following conditions:

Conditions of 1-3 of the Returns & Exchange Policy are met
You must provide the packing slip or order invoice for the purchased items
You must provide identification matching the name and shipped address on the packing slip or order invoice

If you need to return an item, simply call us during business hours on (03) 5277 2781 or send an email to info@headstotails.com.au with details of the item you wish to return. We’ll notify you promptly of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
